Situated in a quiet location on a well-appointed holiday complex with stunning views of the Mediterranean and across the bay to Cannes.
Just ½ an hour by autoroute from Nice airport, this apartment is an ideal location for relaxing by the pool, shopping along the world famous Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes, walking, or touring along the Esterel. It is also just a short drive from Grasse and its lavender fields, the Principality of Monaco, or the huge Friday market at Ventimiglia, just over the Italian border.

The Complex
The holiday complex has a large open-air swimming pool on three levels and an indoor pool, as well as a large sun terrace.
There is a bar, restaurant, poolside bar in summer, and shop where you can get basic shopping, baguettes, pain au chocolat and croissants all within 2 minutes walk of the apartment. Other facilities include laundry room, lift, and underground parking.

There is something in this area to suit everyone. The complex is extremely well equipped, ideal if you just want to relax with a book and laze by the pool.
It is also just a 10 minute drive from Cannes, and within easy reach of Nice, Mandelieu, St. Tropez , and many other well known Riviera resorts, with their shops, sandy beaches, restaurants and pavement cafes where you can just watch the world go by. Cannes is famous throughout the world for it’s festivals, notably the Film Festival which is held in May each year.
There are many excellent walks in the area, which take you right into the heart of the dramatically beautiful countryside. The Esterel, with its woods, maquis, and beautiful pink rock formations is just around the corner. There is also horse riding, hang gliding, scuba diving and jet skis are available to hire locally.
Boat trips are available to various destinations, including Monte Carlo

Easyjet, BMI, and BA all fly to Nice airport, from where car hire is convenient and reasonably priced. It is also possible to get a bus from the airport into Cannes, and then take a taxi to the holiday complex. Alternatively, one can take a taxi straight from the airport.
Alternative flight destinations for low cost flights (mainly Ryanair from Stanstead) and the approximate driving time to Theoule sur Mer. Toulon 1.5 hrs, Marseille 2 hrs, Nimes 2.5 hours, Genoa in Italy 2.5 hrs, Turin in Italy 3.5 hrs, Saint-Etienne 4.5 hrs, Carcassonne 4.5 hrs, Clermont-Ferrand 5.5 hrs.

We strongly recommend that you have a car but, if you prefer not to drive, Theoule has an excellent train service, which runs along the coast, so the journey really is a pleasure. There are also buses, and the local Tourist Information Office has details of coach trips to many of the region’s attractions. There is a long, steep hill leading up to the complex, which is probably only to be tackled by the suicidally energetic! It is worth remembering that, if you do decide to tackle it, it is unlit at night, so a torch is necessary

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a cabine with two adult sized bunk beds, and living room with corner kitchen and sofa bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, bath with shower over, and there is a separate WC. There are electric radiators in each room.
The brand new kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob and multi-function microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle as well as a slimline dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery to make your stay enjoyable. This year, we have added items such as field glasses, 2 column fans, travel cot, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We also have a smoke alarm, fire blanket and small fire extinguisher.

We can accept sterling cheques and credit and debit card payments using Paypal, we ask you to split the Paypal charges with us. 25% non refundable deposit secures your booking with full payment required 8 weeks before departure. Breakages deposit of £150 required. We are now also able to accept payment in euros.
