The weekly price includes the cost of water, heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and teaclothes.  The kitchen is equipped with an oven/hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, radio/CD/cassette player, barbecue, garden table and chairs, and two sunbeds.  You are welcome to make full use of the one hectare (2.5 acre) garden.

The Living and Dining Area

The large living room has two comfortable armchairs and a settee that converts to a two person bed if more than four people are staying.  The table has four chairs, and two more will be provided if required.  The downstairs area is open plan which ensures a light and airy feel.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is also situated on the ground floor, with worktops on two sides and ground level cupboards.  There is a cooker  and fridge; and it is properly stocked with kettle, toaster, coffee maker and other pots, pans and utensils.

Shower Room

The well proportioned shower room is fully tiled and has fitted a new shower, toilet and wash stand/vanity unit.  

Bedrooms                                                                            

The gated stairs lead to a  gallery twin bedroom and the principle double bedroom.  Both bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, chests of drawers, hanging rails, and extra blankets.

Petite Maison Courtyard

The Petite Maison has its own entry gate with sunny courtyard and planted flowers.  This entrance is to the side of the building.  At the back of the Petite Maison is a further courtyard which has an outside table and chairs, and two sun loungers.  This courtyard has beautiful views to the whole property.

Whilst seated in the larger courtyard, there are magnificent views of the whole of the property. 

The grassed area has a pond, several trees, flowered areas and a newly planted orchard.  The Petite Maison looks lovely viewed from the field.
