Large sitting/dining room (with three piece suite) featuring a large open fireplae with wood burning stove and old oak staircase. Open plan activity room (with sofa-bed) and open tread pine staircase.
Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, washing machine, and seperate toilet.
Kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, with ironing facilities.
Upstairs :
Via 2 wooden staircases -one at each end of the house, this area has some low beams.
Bedroom 1 - with wide double bed (5ft 6ins)
Bedroom 2 - with double bed (4ft)
Bedroom 3 & 4 - in loft space, subdivided into two areas with two single beds in each and one cot, 55x112cm.
Shower - with toilet and washbasin
Bedroom 5 - with wide double bed (5ft 6ins) & one cot.
The house is well equipped including an additonal folding bed. Nine duvets and 22 pillows are provided. Guests may provide their own bed linen or hire ours.

The Bakery has a gas cooker, fridge, iron and ironing board, but no washing machine.
The mezzanine floor contains the shower room with toilet and basin. The property is equipped with 2 double duvets and 6 pillows.
A cot is available on request.

The Location - St Estephe
Set in open, undulating countryside of the Perigord Vert (the Green Dordogne), the peaceful village has a noted restaurant/bar, a baker and a mini supermarket which are a few minutes stroll from the property. Ten minutes walk away is the tranquil leisure lake of Etang Sainte Estephe, sought after by swimmers, anglers and nature lovers alike. There is a further bar/restaurant by the side of the lake. The lake has areas for fishing and pedalos with a protected area for swimming. The swimming area has a gently sloping sandy beach providing safe enjoyment for children. Fishing permits are purchased daily, and the pedalos can be hired by the hour during the high season, there is also a tennis court.
